What is music therapy?
  • Music therapy is the specialized use of music by a credentialed professional who develops individualized treatment and supportive interventions for people of all ages and ability levels to address their social, communication, emotional, physical, cognitive, sensory and spiritual needs. Do I need prior music experience to benefit?
  • No! Music therapists are trained on how to guide each client to successfully engage in music with them. The goal is never to create a beautiful masterpiece and no prior musical experience is needed.​​
Who may benefit from Music Therapy?
  • Anyone that is open to using music to explore health or wellness goals. ​
