One-on-one sessions that begin with an assessment to determine goal areas to be addressed. A board-certified music therapist will complete a holistic assessment evaluating the entire person and discuss goals with client and/or caregivers. The therapist will then create an individualized treatment plan with custom goal areas to work on in music therapy sessions.
